Meditation is my naturalness. It is when I am totally within myself, in the Flow, in Life … Here Now. No stories, no projections, beyond the observer-judge. Here Now, pure observer, with acceptance for whatever is happening.

  • Each time we will explore and deepen into different meditation techniques.
  • Dynamic meditations to cleanse the body system from tension.
  • Active meditations for activation and free flow of energy
  • Guided meditations for relaxation, harmony and self-healing Yoga Nidra, for deep physical, mental and emotional relaxation. One hour of Yoga Nidra a day equals 4 hours of sleep.

For me, meditation in everyday life means… Remembrance. Remembering to be totally here now. It means… Presence. Observing without identifying with the aspects of my dynamic self (the body with senses, the mind with thoughts, the feelings…). To remember that, I am the one who observes. To resonate the soul with the personality… to bring harmony to the system, to stop the internal struggle. It is a daily journey of awareness, an adventure towards my truth. It is a path to acceptance and love for myself and by extension for the whole creation.

Groups are 4-6 people. Please book in advance due to limited availability.
